TERMS OF SALE A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases . Buyers Permium will be reduced to 13% if paid in cash or a cashiers check that has been pre-approved by our staff. If paying by cashier's check you must call our office and provide check info before arriving for your pickup. Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. VEHICLES - Buyers of vehicles that have been tested and come with a passing Smog Certificate will be charged a $50 Smog Test and Certificate Fee. All vehicles are sold AS IS, WHERE IS and with no guarantee that they are roadworthy or can be registered in CA. A 25% cash deposit is required on auction day. Balance is due by the next business day at 4:00pm. Announcements on the day of sale take precedence over all written material. Non-Paying bidders forfeit deposits. Non-Paying Proxy bidders will be charged the lesser of their bid price + all auction fees or $200. If Proxy bidder was required to leave a deposit to bid, bidder will be charged the lesser of their bid price + all auction fees or the required deposit. Payment must be made in full by Close of Business the Tuesday following the auction. All items must be claimed and removed by Close of Business of the Wednesday following the auction. Items NOT removed by the Close of Business on Wednesday are SUBJECT TO A $10 per lot, per day STORAGE FEE. Additional terms and conitions may apply.

We can arrange for drop off of small items at the Local UPS store for a $20 fee. We do not ship directly. You must call the office to make arrangements if you want an item shipped. Pickup is availabe after the auction on Saturday for carry out items. Larger items must be picked up on the Monday or Tuesday following the auction between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Failure to remote items will result in a $10 per day per lot storage fee.
